Tethys is a moon of Saturn made almost entirely of water ice, with little rock: its density is 0.97 times that of water. It is named after a Titaness, a daughter of Uranus and Gaia.
Odysseus crater is 400 km wide and the canyon Ithaca Chasma is about 2000 km long. Two smaller moons, Telesto and Calypso, travel along its orbit.
